We have all felt like this at one time or another. The purpose of this FAQ is to help you understand something that may at this time cause you to feel like our friend up there. There can be many reasons why you are unable to access your web page with FrontPage. I have found that the majority of the problems lie with improper user name and password entry. Please try this:
Username = shastalink\your user name By putting the shastalink and the \ these are crucial in telling the server who you are and who you are associated with.
Password = your Shastalink email password Unless you have changed to a custom password for just the FrontPage access.
If none of these work please email me ptruman@shastalink.com or contact Mrs. Griffiths with the problem and what you have tried and we will get a solution for you.
If you are having trouble at home with a program that your child uses or you have a quick "how do I do this?" type question. Please feel free to email me at ptruman@shastalink.com I will try to locate an answer to your problem so that you can help your child with their homework.
